The System permits open entry - open exit by allowing clients to bookmark or hold their place in a test. This feature remembers the test, item number and time consumed for each client. Upon re-entry a client is required to complete the bookmarked test. The system will return the client to the exact test item and restart the timing cycle, picking up where they left off.

The client selects a test from a menu. Each selected test will no longer appear as an option once the client completes it. All responses are automatically scored, tabulated, and converted to the appropriate functioning levels which can then be matched with job requirements. These may be D.O.T. levels or other standards.

By utilizing various passwords, the administrator can control which test units each client, or group of clients will take, thus allowing for efficient test management. Some clients might be administered a test group containing Interest, Job Temperaments, and Work Attitudes only, while others might be offered a test group containing Finger and Manual Dexterity tests, and others could be taking all tests available in the system. The administrator can create and store for future use, and combination of test groups to fit their particular needs.

PESCO 2001 allows the client to change answers and return to skipped items. The system lists the items skipped, time still available and automatically returns to the first skipped item.

For those clients who prefer to take their test off the computer , PESCO 2001 leads the way with an optically scanned answer card option utilizing test booklets. Data on clients may also be scanned into the system.

Pesco International developed PESCO 2001 to meet the visionary goals of the One Stop Career Center. The ultimate needs of every center is the ability to elicit the strengths and weaknesses of each client so as to insure the accurate matching and placement based in their assessment. PESCO 2001 permits the processing of large groups with limited staff.

Completely networkable locally and wide area (WAN).It is designed to interface with the J.O.B.S. (Job opportunity based search) version V matching and placement software system.

A client Case Management system is also available which provides a seamless interface for the above products.

Currently compatible with WINDOWS 95 / WINDOWS 98 / WINDOWS NT
